She is responsible for developing and recommending annual operating budgets and for supervising key accountability areas of finance, membership, conventions and meetings, education, publications, government relations, advertising sales, marketing and promotion, fund development, communications, college relations and administrative operations for the Association, the Press Service and the Foundation. | | |

| Print Edward — Cat Extraordinaire
Print Edward (Eddie) joined NYPA in October 2009 as part of a work-release program after serving time in early kittenhood at the Columbia County Animal Shelter. He serves as companion, cohort, and watch-cat. Though loved universally by the entire staff, he can be most often located lying near Laurel or Linda, his surrogate mommies. An avid community newspaper fan, Eddie enjoys reading the papers while resting on them; his skills at scratching, napping, chasing jingle balls, and purring are unrivaled. | | |
